About

The space between the operating problem and the working solution.

My career has moved progressively closer to the point where business needs, systems decisions, and accountable implementation converge.

Professional thesis

Problem solver first. Systems thinker second. Builder and operator throughout.

Over more than 15 years, my work has moved from enterprise technical operations and team leadership into analytics, business ownership, enterprise applications, automation, and internal product development. At Dell Services and NTT Data, I led support operations and built reporting and decision tools for distributed teams. Running my own service business made customer experience, workflow clarity, and operational follow-through personal rather than theoretical. Today, I own and improve business-critical applications at a regional utility, working across operations, finance, HR, customer service, GIS, vendors, and leadership.

I am most useful when a problem does not belong neatly to one department or one technology. I begin by understanding how the work actually happens, then determine whether the right answer is process redesign, configuration, integration, automation, or a new internal application. I stay involved through testing, rollout, production support, and continuing improvement.

I use AI-assisted research and development tools extensively to accelerate implementation, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation. The business rules, architecture choices, validation, access controls, and production outcomes remain my responsibility.
